The Kraft facility located inDover, DEis currently seeking qualified individuals to join its operation. Successful candidates will perform general productionduties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict product safety andquality standards. Interested individuals must be able to work in a fastpaced, multifaceted environment and meet defined physical activities. Previousmanufacturing experience is preferred.
Ideal candidates should beself-motivated, be able to use time effectively, have the ability to prioritizeand have good decision-making skills. Must be dependable and possess aninteractive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement and theachievement of operational goals in a union facility.
Positions may involve repetitivelifting, bending, stooping, reaching, and grasping. Applicants must beavailable to work shift assigned shift and schedule. Specific duties will varyby department.
Candidates receiving offers ofemployment will be required to complete a post-offer, pre-placement drug screenand background check.
Stable work history with one year prior manufacturing experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Candidates must be available to do shift and week-end work as needed, including 8, 12 and 16 hour shifts
Be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, walk, stand, kneel, stoop, carry, push, pull and grasp. Etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
