Service Advisor duties:
o Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
o Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
o Support the after-sales function and the various staff members in the department such as workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day-to-day running of a busy after-sales department.
o Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.
o Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
Requirements:
o Looking for an experienced Service Advisor from a Car Dealership, Bodyshop or independent background.
o Professional and presentable individual.
o Full UK Driving licence.
o Willing to work weekends.
