JOB SUMMARY

In this position you will be responsible for collecting data to support data-based decisions for FemCare Operations, along with completing master data set up for process parameters.
Process improvements will be accomplished through identification of downtime analysis and working closely with Production Technicians.
Purpose includes supporting key production improvement efforts with clear communication and solid conclusions based on data.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

List essential job functions that comprise the job:

  1. Provide data based recommendations to both Process Engineering and cross functional teams.
  2. Acquire needed information with limited budget.
  3. Work cross-departmentally to achieve results in a team environment.
  4. Support eBatch data entry and new product set up tasks.
  5. Support day to day activities in manufacturing operations while working longer term projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

List the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Engineering, or similar technical area of study
  • Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to learn new databases or other software.
    • Working knowledge of statistics, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
    • Analytical, problem solving, and information gathering skills.
    • Advanced computer skills including MS Office.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships on all levels.
  • Ability to work proficiently with electronic databases and to write Queries.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
