50 / Hour Full Time Day 8am - 4pm Rotating Weekends and Holidays The Janitor / Floor Care Technician is responsible for housekeeping and cleaning activities, focused on floor refinishing and special cleaning to provide a clean and sanitary environment.

Prior experience operating floor cleaning and housekeeping equipment required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to read and write Ability to perform basic math calculations regarding chemical concentration Ability to work independently Expectations and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for hard surface floor care including stripping, refinishing and buffing.
Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning (this includes spot cleaning and shampooing).
Operates housekeeping equipment such as scrubbers and extractors.
Performs special cleaning of isolation rooms as assigned.
Completes interior and exterior cleaning in all seasons.
Performs duties of housekeeping aide.
Moves furniture for cleaning purposes.
Observes and reports the need for repair to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures.
Maintains cleanliness of work area, including housekeeping carts, closets and equipment.
