Duties - Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding - Help patients with mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation - Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse - Collect specimens for laboratory testing - Perform basic medical procedures, such as wound care and dressing changes - Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures - Provide emotional support to patients and their families Qualifications - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with electronic health record systems - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Skills:
