Responsibilities
Leads and executes breakthrough, continuous improvement projects, including Kaizen events.
Develops and applies necessary technical skills (DMAIC, Lean, PDCA) to deliver improvement results.
Works independently and with CI Manager to define and scope improvement opportunities.
Coaches, trains Green Belts and plant personnel on Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts such as, DMAIC, RCFA, A3, FMEA, 5S, SMED.
Engages line/process/department personnel in all phases of improvement work.
Develops strong technical network with plant resources.
Continually challenges the status quo. Identifies and benchmarks against internal and industry best practices.
Captures and communicates learning to enable best practice replication.
Maintains appropriate documentation including project charter, progress updates and final reports.
Qualifications
BS/MS degree in a relevant technical field
Black Belt certified and Lean proficient
Minimum 5 years process improvement experience
Demonstrated strengths in team leadership, communication to diverse audiences, training and mentoring, and data analysis and statistics
Proven results using Lean and DMAIC methodologies to reduce costs and defects and improve quality and delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide array of plant personnel
Strong computer skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
