The Senior Product Specialist (SPRS) is the leading expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products.
Years of Relevant
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Role Description: A subject matter expert in ServiceNow with experience in configuration, customization, implementing, upgrading and integrating with ServiceNow. The candidate should have at least 10 years ITSM experience and at least 3 years with ServiceNow. We are looking for a diverse candidate with experience in all major ServiceNow modules - Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMS; with technical proficiency in JavaScript and workflow development. Must also have strong communication skills able to define and develop requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
