Responsibilities of the Engineering Document Control AdministratorVerifies the information on engineering records and engineering change requests to ensure accuracy and authenticityResponsible for all engineering entries into the company's ERP system and engineering change request systemEnsure the system is working efficiently and report malfunctions to information technology specialistsMake suggestions to it professionals on adjustments to improve the softwareDelegates engineering change requests to the draftsmen and design engineers as required to execute approved product modifications or additionsEnsures that the ERP system is updated when an approved engineering change request is completedBasic quality management librarian dutiesPerforms ERP data collection for product cost analysis and product configuration analysis for the engineering team Requirements of the Engineering Document Control AdministratorHigh School Diploma3
years of related experienceProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookMust have experience with ERP/MRP systems, Epicor is a plusExperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) desired but not requiredExperience with the engineering change processes; in an OEM/ODM environment preferably.
Experience with product configuration management a plusExperience in an ISO environment is a desiredExperience with CAD and/or Software revision control vaults is a plusOffice environment requiring ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
Also includes periodic exposure to manufacturing areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protectionSpeak and listen to others in person and over the phonePredictable and reliable attendance is requiredPosition requires 40 hours/5 days a week on-site.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
