Century Engineering is seeking a talented and growth oriented Civil Engineering Manager to manage and lead challenging and exciting site-civil design land development projects (both public and private) in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Reporting to the Dover, Delaware office, successful candidates will perform management and engineering tasks in the site-civil engineering field through application of relevant design criteria, standards, and processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop new client relationships and revenue streams with private developers and public agencies Maintain existing client relationships and revenue streams through a responsive and client-oriented approach to projects Manage project budgets and schedules Prepare proposals and cost estimates Travel to project/client sites to complete tasks or attend meetings Perform technical and quality control reviews of submittals
Qualifications:
BSCE from an ABET accredited engineering program A minimum of 10 years of relevant design experience in the site-civil engineering field. Some experience must be with DE projects Minimum 2 years' experience managing budgets and client relationships Professional Engineering License required. Delaware PE is highly preferred AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience required Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and other team members Valid driver's license with demonstrated safe driving practices Century Engineering a Division of Kleinfelder is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans (Compliant with the new VEVRAA and Section 503 rules)

$150K -- $200K
