Dover Behavioral Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

We are the best at what we do! How will you make a difference at DBH? Registered Nurses (RNs) at Dover Behavioral Health deliver quality nursing care to patients with varying psychiatric, behavioral and mental health diagnoses, ensuring their safety and continued care.
Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:
Assess patients through a systematic process of interacting with the patient, the patient's significant others, and the appropriate health care providers.
Administer medications in a safe, accurate, and timely manner Collect and analyze data regarding the patient's physical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, and anticipated discharge planning needs.
Develop a comprehensive outline of care and specific goals and interventions to be included in treatment planning.
Prepare interdisciplinary treatment plans for assigned patients and monitor patient's progress toward meeting treatment plan objectives.
Monitor patients following nursing unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications What Does DBH Require for this Role? A valid Registered Nurse License is required.
Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful, but not required.
CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed.
