Medical Office Business Coordinator This position is responsible for project management, plan development, coordinating and centralizing multi-program project work within the Office of Medical Education.
This position will be responsible for the overall planning, development, and completion of projects related to medical education programs at Beebe Healthcare.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Project Management in a healthcare network experience required.
1-3 years of financial/decision support experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Federal regulations concerning Medicare and Medicaid funding for medical education is highly preferred Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Provides clear and concise project documentation to project stakeholders.
Possess the commitment, initiative, drive, and energy to continually improve and enhance GME business processes.
Program/Product scheduling and budgeting experience.
Outstanding attention to detail Ability to analyze and synthesize information to understand issues and identify options.
Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work and multi-task
Responsibilities:
Financial Follows trends in selected performance indicators and prepares reports for Office of Medical Education, GMEC, and Executive Leadership Coordinates and prepares accurate financial reports.
Ensures billable opportunities within training program are maximized.
Seeks out new sources of medical education funding, including grant opportunities.
Assists in the budget planning, monitoring and support for all business development activities.
Tracks expenses, verifies proper documentation and provides recommendations for improvement, simplification and compliance.
Works with the Office of Medical Education to generate the IRIS report for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Verifies data and prepares report to finance.
Project Management Consistent with the strategy and vision of medical education at Beebe, identifies project goals, outcomes, deliverables, key stakeholders, and participants for planning short and long-term projects.
Develops overall approach and planning process for all assigned projects.
Monitors all projects and provides appropriate updates.
Assist in the creation and management of process improvement initiatives related to institutional oversight of medical education programs.
Work with business development to determine strategic recommendations, construct detailed scenario analysis and present an opportunity cast analysis to the medical education team.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Works with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Education - Essential:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, or Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Master's degree with prior experience in an academic healthcare setting is highly preferred.
