IG Burton Auto Group is looking for a talented Automotive Bookkeeper.
This is an exciting opportunity for a career driven experienced automotive deal booker or someone who has proven experience in the accounting office of another industry.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following:
Automotive bookkeeping experience or accounting experience in another industry.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles Detail-oriented, accurate and strong communication skills.
The ability to follow up and finalize open items.
Working knowledge of Excel Reliable person who cares about the quality of their work These will be your duties:
Verify deal costing deal documents and post to the general ledger Calculate sales commissions Audit deals for accuracy and compliance to standards Process floorplan payoffs and disbursements for trade lien payoffs Prepare bank funding packages.
_Track fundings and post to the general ledger.
Reconciliation of various general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries.
Manage assigned accounting schedules.
Assist with monthly financial statement close.
post receivable payments to the general ledger.
assist in general office of our centralized accounting office Full Time position.
Monday through Friday.
