Facilities Maintenance Technician - FFI IONIX Location:
Dover, Delaware Roster:
Monday to Friday The duties include maintaining a safe working environment.
Maintenance and repair of facility and manufacturing assets.
Key accountabilities will include:
Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs to maximize asset reliability and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment.
Develop, plan, and execute maintenance plans and preventative maintenance programs.
Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.
Manage external vendors for projects and repairs.
Qualifications and skills required:
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to understand electronic and computerized equipment in laboratories.
Able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
BS in Engineering Discipline preferred.
3-5 years of experience in machine and building maintenance.
Must have strong skillset in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Computer skills:
knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs.
Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
, standing for long periods of time, etc.
