Job Goal:
Lead 3rd-5th grade educators in growth and proficiency of all students to meet grade-level Common Core State Standards; to work with teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators to embed effective evidence/research-based (science of reading) literacy and mathematics instruction and strategies aligned to the State Standards into all aspects of the adopted curricula; to research, prepare and lead professional development for teachers, teacher leaders and administrators; and provide research-based strategies to teachers and specialists to better support their students.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education; Master's degree preferred; Current licensure as an Elementary Teacher At least three years of experience teaching elementary school reading, writing and mathematics; Experience teaching multiple levels of reading, writing and math; including co-taught levels Demonstrated organizational and communication skills; Experience in providing professional development to teachers and administrators; Demonstrated ability to create Action Research projects; Demonstrated ability to use evidenced-based strategies; Currently trained and certified as DTGSS Credentialed Observer by DDOE guidelines (or the willingness to participate in training); Demonstrated leadership ability in change initiatives and coaching or technical assistance (district and/or State level); Ability to work in the summer to provide training and professional development; Demonstrated understanding of foundational reading and mathematics research and instruction, the Science of Reading and Common Core State Standards (CCSS); and state content standards; Demonstrated technology skills.
Essential Functions:
Research and provide coaching/training of evidenced based teaching strategies including the implementation of the Science of Reading and evidence-based mathematics instruction utilizing High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and solid instructional pedagogical practices Collaborate with Coordinators of Science and Social Studies Interpret assessment results to support growth and development of disaggregated groups of students Assist in building/refining common assessments for curriculum review Facilitate the development of blended learning modules Research, prepare and modify Elementary Reading, Writing and Math Curriculum pacing guides in collaboration with 3rd-5th grade educators; provide elementary supports in disciplines such as science and social studies Research, organize, support and implement district elementary initiatives in collaboration with 3rd-5th grade teachers Hold regular meetings with and provide support of literacy and math initiatives with 3rd-5th grade teachers and administrators Schedule, support and work with outside trainers/vendors when necessary Assist in building internal capacity of teacher leaders across nine (9) elementary schools Participate and assist in leading the district elementary grading committee Support in preparing budgets, ordering and distributing materials Maintain Schoology sites Research and provide information and guidance regarding a range of effective and innovative literacy and math practices through various activities such as:
Individual discussions (informal and formal); PLC Meetings Demonstration lessons with pre- and post-discussion/analysis; Study groups; Staff/curriculum meetings; Administrator PD and Walkthroughs Professional development programs; and Summer work as required Recommended Skills Action Research Assessments Communication Financial Management Leadership Literacy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
