Desktop Support Technician

Job DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Providing desktop (hardware software troubleshooting) and basic network support for client end-users in both an office environment and in a plant/manufacturing environment.
Provide meeting room auditing and support hardware break/fix.
Train on network smart hands and eyes support Provide support and resolution for issues involving Hardware/Software, IP phone, WLAN, LAN, Imaging, Data migration, and Xerox support.
Occasional project work may include PC refresh, Xerox device upgrades, and O365 Migration.
Responsible for maintenance including server upgrades/replacements when needed May be required to work a rotating on-call schedule Developed new processes and training for Ordering and Inventory Management This person needs to be customer service focused as they may interact with and support with leadership teams at times Required
Experience:
3
years of experience in Microsoft Windows and network troubleshooting, web based application support, and familiarity with the entire Microsoft end user suite of products Strong interpersonal skills and thoughtful and effective communicator Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organization skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong experience and understanding of Office/O365 Experienced in working with Service-Now platform preferred but not necessary Working knowledge/experience preferred PC Imaging Tools is a Working knowledge/experience with diagnosis and remote control tools.
Working knowledge/experience with Audio/Visual equipment used in presentation/conference rooms.
A
certification and CCNA Recommended Skills Analytical Auditing Cisco Certified Network Associate Communication Coordinating Data Migration Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
