ResponsibilitiesoPromote Safety as the Number One Priority of all HTC employees.
oMaintenance technicians reports to the Maintenance Manager.
oPrimary maintenance technician duties / responsibilities include:
oPerforming preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuringwear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observingoperations, vibrations, and noise levels.
oPerforming emergency / break down maintenance as necessary to supportplant operations.
oReferencing equipment manuals and other technical literature.
oContacting and collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to achievedesired results.
oAccurately using measurement and test equipment.
oPerforming electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, andother repairs and installations as needed.
oAdhering to all Locking Out Tag Out equipment proceduresoMaintaining clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas aspart of completing assigned tasks.
oAccurately and completely preparing and maintaining maintenance recordstroubleshooting and solving problems.
oMaintaining teamwork with other associates.
oKeeping supervision informed of problems and/or unusual situations.
oPerforming other duties as assigned by supervision.
oTroubleshooting abilities with PLCs is a plus.
(Automation Direct preferred)RequirementsRequirementsoHigh school diploma or equivalent.
oManufacturing experience (tubed products preferred).
oCapable of using standard tools and measurement devices such asmicrometers, scales, rulers, depth gauges and calipers.
oAbility to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, andother related documents.
oGood written and verbal communication skills.
oStrong math and mechanical reasoning skills.
oAbility to contribute as part of a team.
oAbility to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to finger, handle,or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance;and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
oGood close vision and depth perception skills.
oPositive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
