R-71600Description & RequirementsReports to a maintenance supervisor and interacts with all hourly and salaried maintenance and production personnel.
Quickly and accurately troubleshoot major plant and processing equipment problems.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance on plant and processing equipment.
Work with the maintenance supervisors in developing and implementing new ideas that will help drive improved productivity.
Ensure that all spare parts stocking levels are adequate to fully support all supported equipment.
Perform regular reviews of system performance- identifying problems and concerns and recommending and/or implementing technological changes to improve overall performance.
Position will be able to work on all mechanical jobs that have traditionally been performed by both the millwright and the pipe shop.
They may be called to assist in the packaging areas as needed.
