The Dover Behavioral Health System is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist for an exclusive inpatient position in historic Dover, Delaware.
Dover is a 104-bed freestanding psychiatric facility delivering comprehensive mental and behavioral health treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults.
The lush campus is filled with green space, offering patients and families an opportunity for healing in a natural setting.

Position HighlightsTeam Approach - work with a multidisciplinary team on an Adult Inpatient UnitInpatient experience is preferred, but not required Responsibilities include:
admission evaluations, discharge summaries, and daily patient care J1 Visa Sponsorship Eligible Sign-on bonusPTOCompensation includes a competitive salary, highly rewarding bonus structure, and full benefits (including malpractice coverage, CME and Licensure package, relocation reimbursement, and more!)Salary offers will be based on key factors such as education, credentials, related experience, and scope of workDover is a beautiful community located only 10 miles from the coast and within driving distance to multiple beaches in both Delaware and Maryland.
