30pm Technology and Data Office is looking for an energetic, motivated, and professional help desk analyst to provide excellent customer service to department staff.
This position will be on-site in Dover, Delaware Monday-Friday from 7:
30AM-3:
30PM.
At times, this position will require traveling to various department locations located in Delaware.
There is no remote or hybrid options available for this position.
Any interested persons for this position must be able to provide their own transportation to work and to various department office locations.
This position will serve as a contact for level 1 support, serve as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems, and escalates as necessary.
This position requires the person be able to speak to persons with technical and non-technical department staff and find solutions.
Experience with a variety of call-tracking software and providing customer service assistance in-person preferred.
Experience with Microsoft inTune preferred but not required.
Interview candidates will be asked to perform a performance task on-site during the interview process.
Must be able to work independently and work in a team environment, and complete assigned tasks.
Communication skills both written and spoken is a must.
Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Help Desk Operational Systems Passionate Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
