Remote Service Desk Analyst

A large health information exchange in the State of DE is looking for two experienced service desk analysts to join their growing team.
These individuals would be joining a team of 5, and will be supporting their network and end user base of both internal employees and external doctors, physicians, and ambulatory personnel who are using this company's applications and patient databases.
These individuals should be driven, self-starters who are eager to join a team where they can learn and grow for years to come.
There is a ton of opportunity for growth in these positions as they are open after two current analysts are being promoted onto the networking team.
These individuals should be strong multi-taskers who favor a team environment.
If individuals live locally, they are encouraged to come into the office 2-3 times per week, but if they live out of state are welcome to work remotely.
This opening is a normal 9-5pm schedule day shift schedule.
-Certifications (ITIL, HL7, A+, AWS, or customer service awards are HUGE plusses) -Live locally to Dover, DE and are willing to come into the office 2-3 times per week -Willing to work night shift -3-5 years of service desk experience -Strong ticketing system experience (ideally in CRM applications, they use Salesforce) -Well versed in troubleshooting and break/fix -Skilled in both deskside and remote support -Imaging experience -Very strong customer support skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills Recommended Skills Communication Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Databases Itil Imaging Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
