IPurpose of PositionThe position will provide technical and sales support to the HandyTube operation for new product inquiry generation and facilitation.
IIKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate customers request determining if the opportunity is viable for HandyTube Corporation.
Help support and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system.
Assist in the growth of HandyTube by following up on leads and quotations as directed by the Sales Manager.
Manage customer order and quotation files to 100% accuracy.
Quote all inquiries in a timely manner.
Facilitate review of new customer orders with Quality and Production teams, complete the data entry, and release to manufacturing.
Coordinate and expedite customer orders to ensure customer requirements are understood and customers are kept informed of relevant issues.
Maintain a proactive approach to customer complaints, requests to expedite, and any other customer issues.
Work closely with field sales personnel to facilitate the flow of information regarding quotes, quality issues, deliveries, prospective accounts, competitors and customer feedback.
Track customer business levels vsbudgets and communicate such information to field sales personnel.
Track competition on a daily basis to improve market knowledge and to help ensure that intelligent marketing decisions are made.
Promote teamwork on a regular routine with co-workers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
