Qualifications:
Associate degree with HR concentration and/or PHR certification perferred Ability to take initiative, work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products 1-3 years overall HR experience Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Source and Review applications, schedule interviews, Coordinate the scheduling of second interviews with managers Schedule all required pre-employment requirements, including physicals, TB testing, drug screens and state fingerprinting Collect all pre-employment documentation Maintain all required paperwork Conduct intitial employee orientations Maintain staff vacancy list, post vacancies, and prepare advertisements as needed Document and Track LOA, FMLA paperwork Provide coverage for the front desk as needed Prepare and distribute pre-employment documents to candidates Process all State QA audits for all residential homes Process employment verifications and service lettters Coordinate employee benefits, assist with open enrollment Recruitment and Retention activities to maintain a qualified workforce, includung attending job fairs, speaking with DOL representatives and college job positings File paperwork in employee personnel files More duties as assigned Job Type:
