The Baby-Friendly designated hospital is home to a level II special care nursery, a maternal-fetal medicine program for high-risk pregnancies and educational programs for new parents.
Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus , is a 163-bed medical center that has provided acute care and surgical services to the southern and central Delaware area since 1938.
Bayhealth Sussex is a designated Baby-Friendly USA facility and is home to a level I neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), as well as private labor, delivery, recovery and post-partum suitesOBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts whose ability to handle any obstetric emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction.

Full-time Hospitalist have the freedom to create their own schedules - typically eight 24-hour shifts per month - with no on-call duty or office management.
