Collaborates with client and information technology organizations to define functional requirements and functional designs of creative solutions that will support the clients' strategy and future business goals.
This includes partnership with business stakeholders and close collaboration with Technology Product leaders.
Performs independent research to proactively identify and analyze future opportunities and emerging solutions that could be applied in the clients' operations to drive improvement.
Leverage technical expertise in updating multi-year technology roadmaps for clients.
Support Payments and Fraud Products organization in clarifying functional requirements and functional design during development of solution.
CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired:
Four-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related major or equivalent combination of education nand experience 3 years' experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area 2
years' experience working with payment vendors or products Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence Skilled at converting business needs into technology requirements and working within Technology to manage the execution of projects Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, and decide and influence appropriate courses of action Preferred:
