Software Application Tester - II
Location:
Dover, DE Description:
JOB DUTIES:
Manage the extensive testing of new products and services within the Business Organization as it relates to ordering systems.
Candidate is responsible for ensuring a quality customer experience by creating a detailed test plan based on a set of requirements for specific projects.
The test plan must then be executed with precision to validate requirements, identify and open any issues and follow through to confirm resolution.
Work with multiple teams to resolve issues and complete final validation.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Candidate must be self-motivated and have a great desire to achieve success on a high output team.
? Strong communication and time management skills ? Continuously demonstrated expertise in a working team environment ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive task completion to meet customer requested due dates ? Bachelor degree educated or equivalent experience (3
years) ? Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
? Proficiency with Google applications ? Demonstrated experience in cross functional team relationships ? Outstanding leadership skills with an ability to influence and build strong relationships across all organizational layers ? Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communications and presentation skillsDESIRED SKILLS:
Hands on experience with the Business ordering, backend and support systems.
Systems include, but not limited to, Optix/DSS Optix, Digital Platform, iVAPP, SSP, JIRA and Qtest.
In addition, candidate needs to be detail oriented and have a working knowledge of Google Suites.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
A degree and/or relevant experience.
