Job Description:
o Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform providing guidance and support to deliver solutions. o Experience in maintaining CMDBs, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories. Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships. Experience with MID Server Administration. o Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs and Performance Analytics. o Subject Matter Expert in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and IRM modules to include platform architecture, table structure and core functionalities including configurations. o Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes. o Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining and Process Automation. o Ability to perform Platform upgrades and clones. o Ability to evaluate and implement Security Center alerts.
