Note: This engagement will be on an as needed basis.
We are seeking a subject matter expert in ServiceNow with experience in configuration, customization, implementing, upgrading and integrating with ServiceNow. The candidate should have at least 10 years ITSM experience and at least 3 years with ServiceNow. We are looking for a diverse candidate with experience in all major ServiceNow modules - Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Assets & Vendor Management and CMS; with technical proficiency in JavaScript and workflow development. Must also have strong communication skills able to define and develop requirements.
The contractor should be prepared to spend between 80-100% of time at the client site for the duration of this engagement.
Ideal candidates has direct alignment with ServiceNow for issues/problem resolution.
Required / Desired Skills
A subject matter expert in ServiceNow with experience in configuration, customization, implementing, upgrading and integrating with ServiceNow. (Required 1 Years)
Have at least 10 years ITSM experience and at least 3 years with ServiceNow. (Required 3 Years)
Experience in all major ServiceNow modules - Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMS (Required 2 Years)
Technical proficiency in JavaScript and workflow development (Required 2 Years)
